AI Chat Handoff is a browser extension that moves a conversation between ChatGPT and Claude. The free version includes 2 successful transfers per day. AI Chat Handoff Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited transfers.

When you buy Pro you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own use. Pro is delivered as an offline license key. You don't need an account, and the key contains no personal data. Please don't share, resell or publish your key.

While the extension isn't available in the Chrome Web Store, it is offered as a manual install from our GitHub release, following the instructions on tacko.io/handoff.

Pro costs $6.99 once. The price includes VAT where applicable; VAT is calculated from your billing country. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details. Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice. See the Privacy Policy for how purchase data is handled.

Pro is digital content supplied without a physical medium. Access starts immediately after payment: the license key is shown on the payment success page and emailed to the address you used at checkout. If you lose your key, you can restore your license or contact us.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days without giving a reason. That right can be lost once supply of the digital content has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal.

Regardless of that rule, we voluntarily offer a refund: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email info@tacko.io.

After a refund, you may no longer use the refunded Pro license.

Your statutory rights are not affected, including your rights if the digital content is faulty or doesn't conform to the contract, such as having it brought into conformity, a price reduction or ending the contract.

AI Chat Handoff works with ChatGPT and Claude. Tacko is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI or Anthropic. Those services can change their websites at any time, which can temporarily break transfers until we release an update. We work to fix such issues but cannot control those sites.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms, for example when we add products or the law changes. The version that applied when you bought Pro continues to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or is to your benefit. The date at the top shows the latest update.

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts available to you under applicable law.

For complaints, email info@tacko.io and we will try to resolve the issue. The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in July 2025; you can still contact your national consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centre in your country.
