PRE-SALE TERMS.
Draft, 25 October 2026. These terms apply to SeriesKeeper pre-orders. Our general Terms of Service apply where these terms don't say otherwise.

1. What you buy
A licence for one (1) website for the SeriesKeeper WordPress plugin, including updates and email support for 12 months from delivery. Price: USD 49, one-time payment, taxes as shown at checkout. No automatic renewal.
2. Pre-order
The product is not yet available. Planned delivery date: 15 November 2026, by email (download link + licence key). The features listed on the product page at the time of purchase are the features we commit to deliver. Features marked “beta” may not work on every site.
3. Late or no delivery
If we have not delivered by 15 November 2026, we will refund you in full by 22 November 2026 at the latest, without you having to ask. If we expect a delay, we will email you before 15 November and you may cancel for a full refund or wait.
4. Cancel before delivery
You may cancel at any time before delivery for a full refund. Email info@tacko.io.
5. Money-back guarantee
If the plugin does not work on your site, request a full refund within 30 days of delivery by email. No questions beyond a short description of the problem.
6. EU/EEA consumers: right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For digital content the withdrawal period runs from the conclusion of the contract; however, you lose the right of withdrawal once download starts only if you have given your express prior consent and acknowledged this at download. We will ask for this consent at the download step, not at checkout.
To withdraw, email info@tacko.io with a clear statement (you may use the model form below). We will refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method. Our 30-day money-back guarantee (point 5) applies in addition to your statutory rights.
Model withdrawal form: “To Sanja Malović s.p., Tacko, info@tacko.io: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following digital content: SeriesKeeper licence, ordered on [date], [name], [email], [date].”
7. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
8. Independence
SeriesKeeper is independent and not affiliated with The Events Calendar, StellarWP, Nexcess or Liquid Web.
9. Your statutory rights
The legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law is not affected.
